Houston Hall Wedding - Jackie + Mike

This was the last wedding I shot before Kai was born (fellow photographers- I was a little over 34 weeks and actually felt great! However, I wouldn't recommend shooting the last month if you can avoid it :) ) and man was this the most wonderful way to ease into maternity leave (again- fellow photographers I shot smaller assignments until 38ish weeks- if you are feeling good and strong, it's totally doable!)...Jackie and Mike couldn't have been more fun to work with!! They just exuded joy and were so easy going and really excited for the photo portion of the day! We had the best time driving all over The West Village (in a gorgeous vintage cab!) and stopping at different locations that were special to them... this area of the city is always so amazing to photograph in/around, but these two and their positive energy made it one of our favorite experiences to date!I know I say this every time, but Houston Hall is always such a treat to work at! The vibe of the space is such an incredible mix of beer hall + glam and always feels very downtown NYC to me :) Mix in the talents of Vision Event Co. and City Blossoms, and we had one truly stunning event to capture!Sending all the love and thanks to Jackie + Mike for making this such an incredibly positive and beautiful experience!
